Training for Schools

Professional development opportunities, twilight sessions, or parent information sessions can be organised to facilitate a deeper understanding of the online world for teenagers and young adults. Particularly the algorithmically facilitated radicalisation of young men. These sessions offer valuable advice and guidance on connective conversations about online safety, digital citizenship, and critical thinking. Participants gain insights into the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital landscape, empowering them to support young people in making informed decisions and navigating online spaces responsibly. By fostering dialogue and sharing best practices, these sessions contribute to building safer and more inclusive online communities for the next generation.

Training for FE and HE Institutions

Higher Education institutions can benefit from our specialised training programs tailored to enhance the culture around harassment and sexual misconduct. Training sessions typically encompass comprehensive coverage of topics such as bystander intervention, bias awareness, inclusive behaviours and micro affirmations, and impactful intervention strategies. The use of engaging workshops has given attendees the necessary tools and skills to foster inclusive approaches where diverse perspectives are valued and respected.

Training for Charities and Organisations

Training for charities and organisations can include active bystander training which is an essential resource for those seeking to foster a culture of accountability and proactive engagement. This training equips individuals with the skills to recognise and address inappropriate behaviour effectively, thereby creating safer and more inclusive environments. By promoting a proactive approach to potential issues, organisations can facilitate meaningful culture change that emphasises respect, inclusion, equity and support among all members. Active bystander training not only empowers participants to take action but also reinforces the organisation’s values and ethos, ultimately enhancing the overall effectiveness and integrity of their work.
